Vantage Consulting, Inc. (Vantage) is a management consulting firm with general offices located in Cudjoe Key, Florida.  For twelve years, Vantage consultants have provided services in all business aspects of telecommunications, electric, gas, and water utilities, with particular expertise in utility operating and financial functions.  Vantage has conducted comprehensive and focused management audits of over a dozen utilities, and provided direct strategic and operational consulting to many utilities.  In particular, Vantage and its consultants have completed affiliate transaction audits of many major telephone and utility companies.  These work efforts have included detailed evaluation of centralized services cost allocations among regulated/non-regulated subsidiaries, inter-company contract billings, cost separations between regulated/non-regulated telephone company products, financial structure of regulated companies vs. non-regulated affiliates, classification of Research and Development costs, and overall compliance of affiliate transactions with appropriate regulatory requirements.

The Vantage Team consists of highly experienced, trained consultants, covering virtually all functional work areas within a telecommunications company.  Vantage is staffed by a total of 20 full-time and contract consultants and administrative staff.  Consultants have a diverse set of backgrounds, including engineering, accounting, economics, finance, chemistry, and psychology.
