Pacific Gas & Electric Compressed Natural Gas Station Maintenance Review
PG&E’s sought CPUC approval of their request to provide new compressed natural gas (CNG) station maintenance service to customers taking gas service under schedule G-NGV1 (Experimental Natural Gas Service for Compression on Customers Premises), or G-NGV4 (Experimental Firm Interstate Natural Gas Transportation Service to Noncore Motor Vehicle Customers). PG&E, as related in the Resolution, proposed to conduct an independent assessment and review of the CNG station maintenance program’s financial records. Vantage performed this assessment in response to CPUC’s concern that all information regarding PG&E’s activities related to low-emission vehicles be consolidated and consistent with regulatory reporting requirements.
